The Mimic in Pregnancy - Chronic Kidney Disease or Pre-eclampsia?
One of the more challenging consultations in nephrology is evaluating a pregnant patient beyond 20 weeks’ gestation who presents with worsening proteinuria, high blood pressure, and increasing serum creatinine.
